Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes pre-order or backorder items, we’ll ship your full order once all items are available — unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking details.
For packages lost in transit, contact us at support@charlievegas.com.au, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Charlie Vegas is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
